It's a no-go. The seller was not interested in negotiating. No big deal, we know there will be something out there. When the house is listed as "seller is motivated" but he only counter-offers at $4k below his listing price...he's not motivated. That's cool, we're not motivated to buy an over-priced house!
Back to the drawing board!
